Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Recruiter role at Talent Collectiv based in the City of Cape Town and Johannesburg with the flexibility to work partially from home.

The Recruiter will be responsible for business development, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

They will also be involved in creating job descriptions, conducting market analysis, and optimizing recruitment processes.
