About the Role

We're looking for a friendly proactive and well‑organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our Cape Town office. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.

This is a dynamic role that combines front desk duties with a variety of administrative responsibilities. If you're someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys helping others and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering incoming calls directing them to the right department and taking messages when needed.

Welcoming and assisting visitors and ensuring a professional front‑of‑house experience.

Managing boardroom bookings and preparing meeting spaces.

Booking travel and accommodation for visiting staff and guests.

Ordering office supplies, refreshments and consumables.

Coordinating with service providers, building management and contractors.

Assisting with internal events and staff communication

Supporting HR with onboarding tasks such as preparing induction packs and photographing new joiners.

Handling couriers and deliveries.

Ensuring the reception and office areas are clean, stocked and hazard‑free.

What We're Looking For

Matric certificate and at least 6 months of reception or administrative experience.

A professional, articulate telephone manner and a warm, approachable personality.

Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

Ability to multitask and stay calm pressure.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general PC use.

A high level of integrity, discretion and attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to assist with a wide range of office and support tasks.
