About the Role: The client is seeking a dedicated, full-time Receptionist / Front Desk Virtual Assistant (VA). This critical role is the first point of contact for our valued patients, focusing on providing an exceptional, professional, and friendly communication experience. You will manage all inbound patient calls and act as the core front-desk support for the clinic.

They are looking for a candidate with a neutral or British-leaning accent to align with our brand and patient expectations. This position requires someone who is professional, reliable, and committed to ensuring a high-quality patient experience on every call.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Call Management: Promptly and professionally answer all inbound patient calls, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information.
  • Front-Desk Support: Serve as the virtual front-desk for the practice, maintaining a friendly and highly professional phone presence.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using our system.
  • New Patient Inquiries: Handle all new patient inquiries, guiding them through the initial process with warmth and clarity.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support daily communication and essential administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of patient communications.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure consistent, reliable phone coverage and provide a consistently high-quality, positive patient experience on every interaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Accent Style: Must have a Neutral/British-style Accent for brand alignment and patient comfort.
  • Professional Background: Strong background in Reception and/or Customer Service.
  • Core Skills: Proven experience in Phone Handling and Appointment Scheduling.
  • Communication: High standard of Professional Communication and extensive Patient-Facing Experience.
  • Technical Reliability: Must operate from a stable location with Verified Internet Reliability.
  • Professionalism & Elegance: Must have an elegant and highly professional demeanor suitable for a Beverly Hills office dealing with high profile clientele.
  • Warmth & Human Touch: Must treat patients with softness and a lot of human touch to make them feel comfortable and engaged.
  • Emotional Fit: Must be emotionally stable and comfortable working within a high-stakes medical/aesthetic environment.
  • Commitment: A minimum two year commitment is preferred to ensure continuity and stability.
