Job summary

A leading pool experience provider in Cape Town is looking for an administrative support professional. The role involves reception duties, managing communications, and supporting the branch with various administrative tasks. Qualifications

  • Driver License would be an advantage.

  • Perform switchboard and messaging services.

  • Compile reports and manage courier documents.
  • Attend and complete required training.
  • Support Branch Administrator with administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Switchboard and messaging services
  • Reception services and welcoming guests
  • Compiling reports and handling documents to be sent via courier
  • Attend and complete face to face & online training
  • Filing and other relevant administrative duties to support the Branch Administrator
About you

National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)

At least two years' experience in a fast-paced B2B or B2C business.

Office Administration Courses completed

Basic Power Point, MS Word and MS Excel skills.

Knowledge of Syspro (ERP) would be an advantage

Verbal Communication : Clear, polite, and professional speaking skills.

Written Communication : Ability to write emails, messages, and notes accurately and courteously.

Active Listening : Understanding and addressing the needs of visitors and callers.

Friendliness : Warm, welcoming attitude to make guests feel comfortable.

Empathy : Understanding and responding to the emotions and needs of others.

Teamwork : Cooperating with colleagues and supporting office staff.

Time Management : Prioritizing tasks and managing a busy front desk efficiently.

Multitasking : Handling multiple calls, visitors, and administrative duties at once.

Driver License would be an advantage
