The role involves reception duties, managing communications, and supporting the branch with various administrative tasks. National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
At least two years' experience in a fast-paced B2B or B2C business.
Office Administration Courses completed
Basic Power Point, MS Word and MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of Syspro (ERP) would be an advantage
Verbal Communication : Clear, polite, and professional speaking skills.
Written Communication : Ability to write emails, messages, and notes accurately and courteously.
Active Listening : Understanding and addressing the needs of visitors and callers.
Friendliness : Warm, welcoming attitude to make guests feel comfortable.
Empathy : Understanding and responding to the emotions and needs of others.
Teamwork : Cooperating with colleagues and supporting office staff.
Time Management : Prioritizing tasks and managing a busy front desk efficiently.
Multitasking : Handling multiple calls, visitors, and administrative duties at once.
Driver License would be an advantage
