Responsibilities
- Front of house, receiving and assisting customers at reception.

- Assists callers by answering the line and connecting the caller to the correct person or department.
- Ensure the smooth running of the switchboard functions, including but not limited to, message taking, message delivery and all switchboard operations.
- Assist with departmental administration.
