REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12
  • Full Computer Literacy
  • Previous experience in Office Administrator (Advantageous)
  • Previous experience with managing social media posts
  • Previous experience in website management (Advantageous)
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of the operations of a corporate company and reporting lines. Basic knowledge of WORD, EXCEL and E-MAIL packages with basic typing skills
  • Excellent Listening skills and ability to transfer calls accurately all the time
  • Full understanding of the organogram of the company to ensure that customers are directed to the correct person for the first time
  • Full understanding of managing a main switchboard
  • Understanding of social media and what is required to place the correct social media posts
  • Understand how to interact and communicate with customers
