A reputable company in Randburg is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator for an initial 3-month contract with a possibility of a permanent position. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, creating and amending purchase orders, handling supplier invoices, and maintaining office stock levels. SAGE experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones.
  • Creating purchase orders for technicians vehicle stock.
  • Amending purchase orders.
  • Sending supplier tax invoices.
  • Sending supplier statements.
  • Printing out work orders.
  • Ordering groceries for office.
  • Ordering office stock.
  • Checking that grocery / cleaning products and stationery are always up to date.
  • Capturing timesheets of the technicians.
