Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our company the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and preparing documents
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Contract Details

This is a full-time position based in Pretoria South Africa. The Receptionist will work Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
