Summary

Location: Moreleta Park, Pretoria

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:45 – 17:00

This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment. Our client has a dental practice.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist (dental or medical practice experience would be advantage)
  • Strong computer literacy (email, basic systems, invoicing, and data capture)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good spelling and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Must reside in Moreleta Park or immediate surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Responding to WhatsApp messages, emails, and client enquiries timeously
  • Welcoming patients and managing front-desk operations
  • Handling payments, billing, and issuing invoices
  • Capturing and updating patient and payment information accurately
  • Following up on outstanding payments and appointments
  • Liaising with internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintaining a neat, organised, and professional reception area
