We're looking for a talented Receptionist for our call center!

About the Receptionist Position

As a Receptionist at REDIAL BPO, you'll be our clients' first point of contact, greeting them and providing guidance for their visit.

From notifying employees of guests to providing directions to a specific part of the office, our receptionist will be willing to work with visitors to address their needs.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for performing clerical tasks that support the office's daily operations.

From answering phone calls, distributing mail, and scheduling meetings, you'll have a hand in all parts of the business.

Receptionist Responsibilities
Specific functions

Welcome visitors and guests according to security protocol, directing them to the right person.

Handling incoming calls as scripted, in line with phone system usage.

Provide HR process support which may include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing process‑related guidance and information to employees.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

Provide basic and accurate information in‑person and via phone / email.

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Receptionist Requirements

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

1+ years' experience working in a similar role.

Professional appearance and manner.

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficient with a variety of computer software, including Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Multitasking and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively and efficiently with a team.
