• Handling high volume courier arrangements – coordinate with courier services and follow up on delivery dates
• Prepare and track boardroom bookings
• Tracking invoices
• Audit first aid boxes
• Report to the HR Department, hence support with ad-hoc requirements
• Preparing orders and reconcile to invoices
