As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and candidates, setting the tone for their experience with us. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our office organised, welcoming, and efficient.
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and candidates with a warm welcome
Answer, screen, and direct calls efficiently via the switchboard
Manage email enquiries and maintain clear, organised communication
Schedule and coordinate appointments, interviews, and meetings
Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-stocked
Assist candidates with applications and ensure documentation is complete
Handle mail, deliveries, and courier management
Maintain security and follow protocols to ensure a safe work environment
Matric or equivalent
Previous receptionist or admin experience is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
