Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and candidates with a warm welcome

  • Answer, screen, and direct calls efficiently via the switchboard

  • Manage email enquiries and maintain clear, organised communication

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, interviews, and meetings

  • Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-stocked

  • Assist candidates with applications and ensure documentation is complete

  • Handle mail, deliveries, and courier management

  • Maintain security and follow protocols to ensure a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:
  • Matric or equivalent

  • Previous receptionist or admin experience is a plus
