Job Summary :

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Receptionist / Recovery Hostess for our new Sea Point location.

This isn’t your typical desk job – it’s a hands‑on role where you’ll be the welcoming face of our centre, blending front‑desk duties with assisting in our recovery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage front‑desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and processing payments.
• Act as a hostess by guiding clients through our facility, explaining recovery modalities, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience.
• Assist with recovery sessions, such as preparing equipment for ice baths, saunas, or compression therapy, and providing basic support under the guidance of our specialists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space to uphold our high standards.
• Collaborate with the team to promote services, upsell packages, and contribute to marketing efforts like social media updates or event hosting.
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently while fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Requirements :

• An active, sporty individual with a genuine interest in sports, conditioning, and wellness.
• Interest in or background in recovery modalities (e.g., experience in sports therapy, fitness coaching, or related fields is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills – friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong teamwork ethic; thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with booking software.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends (full‑time position).
• Matric or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., in fitness or first aid) advantageous but not essential.
