Job summary

A leading retail company in Western Cape is seeking a Receptionist to manage the reception area, provide information, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a Matric, relevant experience in a similar role, and strong communication skills. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement Matric.
  • Post matric qualification will be advantageous.
  • 2 - 3 Years relevant experience in Reception or similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome visitors and effectively manage the reception area.
  • Ensure that calls are professionally and effectively routed.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.
  • Assist finance department with expense creditors and supplier queries.
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested by management.
