Overview
Sprayteq is looking for a professional and organised Receptionist and Accounts Data Clerk to join their team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative management, ensuring a welcoming customer experience and accurate financial record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, and schedule appointments.
- Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, and maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Administrative Support: Update customer records, and assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Liaison with Customers and Suppliers: Communicate with clients regarding payments.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an automotive or similar industry.
- Experience with accounts data entry or bookkeeping is advantageous.
Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications
- Matric certificate or equivalent is required.
- A certificate or diploma in office administration, bookkeeping, or a related field is advantageous
- Personal Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Stikland, Cape Town
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license (Code B or higher) is preferred but not required
Working Location & Hours
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, to be discussed during the interview process
