The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations, support our agents, and keep transactions running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages
- Manage CRM data entry, lead tracking, and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and agents for smooth transactions
- Prepare and organize contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents
- Conduct property research, market analysis, and skip tracing (if applicable)
- Manage social media posts and basic marketing tasks
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Ideal Profile / Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate VA or similar administrative role
- Strong understanding of real estate processes (listings, MLS, escrow, etc.)
- Experience with skip tracing and lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Podio, KVCore, or similar)
- Skilled in Google Workspace / Office, spreadsheets, and calendar management
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (or specify your time zone preference)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
