Job summary

A leading training provider in the real estate sector is seeking a qualified Subject Matter Expert / Facilitator to deliver essential training for Real Estate Agents. This role involves facilitating sessions, assessing learner competence, and providing expertise to ensure learners acquire the skills needed for success. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of South African property law, and excellent communicative abilities. Flexibility in contract type (freelance or full-time) is offered as per company needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in real estate practice including sales and management.
• Proven experience as a facilitator or trainer in real estate.
• Adaptability to various learner levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning sessions aligned with the curriculum.
• Provide industry expertise and prepare training materials.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners.

Skills

Strong knowledge of South African property law

Excellent communication skills

Facilitation and group management skills

Ability to use digital learning platforms

Mentorship and coaching ability

Education

Relevant qualification in Real Estate (NQF Level 4 or higher)

Registered with EAAB / PPRA
