Overview

Cape Winelands Properties, a leading name in luxury real estate in the Western Cape, is looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Luxury Real Estate Specialist to join their team in Paarl. This role will focus predominantly on our newly established Paarl Valleij Lifestyle Estate & Farm development with excellent long term career opportunities with our 1,000-hectare development launching in South-West Paarl.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advising clients on buying and selling of properties.
  • Negotiate and conclude agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Conduct property viewings and professional market appraisals.
  • Managing transactions and processes and preparation of documents.
  • Advertise properties effectively to the luxury market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners, legal teams, and bond originators.
  • Identify and convert leads into clients.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and growth goals.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Real Estate NQF 4 qualification and valid FFC licence (essential).
  • Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in property sales (essential).
  • Experience working with luxury brands or high-net-worth clients (advantageous).
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
  • Independent self-starter and collaborative team player.
  • Resilient under pressure, target-driven, and organised.
  • Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Valid South African Code 8 driver’s licence.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Successful candidates will be required to reside at Paarl Valleij Lifestyle Estate & Farm.
