A highly respected national law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate (NQ-2 PQE) to join its award-winning Manchester team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside market-leading partners on major regional and national projects for a diverse, high-profile client base.

The Opportunity

You'll join one of the North West's fastest-growing Real Estate teams, recognised in the legal directories and consistently shortlisted for regional property law awards. The team has an outstanding reputation for delivering strategic, commercial advice to a wide range of clients, including major developers, investors, local authorities, and institutions across the health and education sectors.

You'll gain exposure to a broad variety of work - from development and regeneration projects to landlord and tenant, investment, and asset management matters. Working closely with partners across multiple offices, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, take ownership of transactions, and play a key role in high-value deals.

The Candidate

This role will suit a newly qualified solicitor up to around 2 years' PQE, with experience in commercial real estate gained at a leading regional or City firm.
