Overview

Real Estate Marketing Agency - Appointment Setter (Remote) We're a fast-growing marketing agency serving real estate agents and we're looking for a skilled appointment setter to turn warm leads into booked sales calls.

What You’ll Do
  • Call real estate agents who've already responded positively to our marketing (no cold calling)
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls with agents interested in our marketing services
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
What We Offer

$1, - $2, / month (fixed payment per booked call % commission on closed deals)

Fully remote position with flexible scheduling

Real growth path: Setter Manager or Closer roles available

Work with pre-interested leads only

Professional training and ongoing support

What We’re Looking For
  • C1 English level minimum (fluent, professional communication)
  • Experience in appointment setting / sales is a MAJOR advantage

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or marketing services

Time Commitment

3 hours of qualified lead calling + 1 hour afternoon follow-up block (flexible scheduling for the calling hours)

Must be available to work during US business hours
