What You’ll Do

• Partner with divisions to identify and secure new store opportunities aligned to strategy
• Analyse property feasibility including Capex, sizing, commercial metrics & site viability
• Stay ahead of market developments within your geographic region
• Negotiate new leases, renewals & expansions with landlords and listed funds
• Maintain strong relationships with centre management to support optimal store operations
• Support the annual strategic store review through research and analytics
• Monitor the deal pipeline to ensure delivery of footprint growth targets

What You Need

• A degree in Legal, Commercial or Property-related fields
• 5+ years’ experience in retail real estate
• Solid relationships with key landlords & property funds (essential)
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation confidence
• A passion for retail, spaces, and seeing strategic plans come to life
