Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Advisor for its Bloemfontein office. The role focuses on property legislation, conveyancing, and related legal matters within South Africa, serving developers, lenders, and property owners.

The ideal candidate has an LLB, admission as an Attorney/Conveyancer, and at least six years of post-admission experience in property law, with strong drafting, due diligence, and dispute resolution skills to manage complex transactions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of South African property law, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

Requirements
