Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Canvass designated neighborhoods and communities to identify property owners interested in selling.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach, distribute flyers, and promote listings in targeted areas.
- Cold call homeowners and landlords to generate new business opportunities.
- Collect and record property and homeowner information for follow-up.
Community Engagement
- Build strong local knowledge of neighborhoods, property values, and market activity.
- Represent the agent / agency professionally at community events and networking opportunities.
- Develop positive relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
Marketing Support
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, and promotional flyers.
- Assist with local campaigns (e.g., show days, open houses, community promotions).
- Provide feedback to the agent on market activity, competitor presence, and canvassing results.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes.
- Report weekly on canvassing activity, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the real estate administrator / agent to ensure leads are properly nurtured.
Requirements
- Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self‑motivated, and confident with people.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training provided).
