How the Northpoint ELITE PROGRAM works: Upfront Cap Payment. In traditional Cap programs, Agents and Brokers operate at between 50% to 70% commission during the year and once they reach their Cap of R… the Company Commission—typically in the 9th or 10th month—shifts to a higher percentage. Northpoint offers you the opportunity to pay your Cap upfront, ensuring you receive full commission from one without the delay of reaching your cap.
