Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Leading project team/s in the delivery of client’s requirements from inception to completion.
• Coordinating & managing all project activities & ensuring project deliverables are achieved to plan.
• Responsible for costing, & planning projects.
• Review and approve all project documentation.
• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including material purchases, use of internal and external resources.
• Leading, monitoring and managing a team in all aspects of planning and resourcing.
• Monitoring actual expenditure figures against budgets.
• Providing engineering input to resolve issues.
• Ensure that Health and Safety standards are met & maintained.
• Coordinating work for and providing direction to staff to complete their deliverables.
• Quality Control procedures.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• BTech / NDip in Electrical Engineering.
• Registration with SACPCMP.

Skills

• Experience in wind farm /renewable energy construction is essential.
