We are looking for: The Research and Development Specialist (Product Researcher) is responsible for sourcing, testing, and improving new products.

This role involves conducting research, analyzing data, prototyping, and ensuring that innovative solutions meet both technical and business requirements.

The R&D Specialist will also be responsible for sourcing and purchasing new products or components from suppliers to support innovation and product development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
