Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

  • Assist with payroll preparation and posting.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports as needed.
