An established Property Developer based in Hyde Park, Gauteng, is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic, office-based commercial team.

You will report directly to the Senior Head of the QS Department, a highly experienced and commercially astute professional, offering you the opportunity to work within a team that values accuracy, financial control, and strategic project management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Developer or Main Contractor background preferred)
• Proficient in CCS BuildSmart – this is essential
• Strong financial, contractual, and cost management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting ability
• Relevant QS or Construction Management qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing project budgets, BOQs, and cost plans
• Performing valuations, progress claims, and cost forecasting
• Managing procurement, tender analysis, and subcontractor accounts
• Supporting the Senior QS Department Head in all commercial functions

Package

Salary: R60 000 per month
