Quantity Surveyor with B.Sc or B.Tech Degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in the Construction Industry specific to Residential Property Development, required to join this national Property Development Company based in Somerset West, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:

• B.Sc or B.Tech Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience essential
• Experience in measuring of projects, pricing, budgeting, valuations, material approval, and reviewing of plan measurements required
• Residential construction and property development experience preferred
