A leading logistics company in Richards Bay is seeking a Quality Systems Practitioner. The role involves providing operational and quality support, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient execution of services. This position is key in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational integrity.
BTT Richards Bay is currently recruiting a Quality Systems Practitioner to join the BTT Compliance Department.
The main purpose of the job is to provide operational, compliance, quality support to the Quality Systems Manager so that they can effectively and efficiently execute all activities to meet customer requirements within the different regions. The incumbent in this position will also plan and co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of the IMS at operational level and ensure that the regions comply with all relevant legislation, codes of practice and customer requirements and relevant certification.

Internal auditing execution
Excellent problem-solving skills
High levels of integrity and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent understanding of the Integrated Management System
Excellent understanding of the OHS Act and other industry-applicable legislation
Ability to interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with tank farm engineering and operational techniques, standards, procedures, processes, and policies.
