Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Provide technical support to teams on industrial products.
• Manage customer claims and lead failure analysis.
• Prepare KPI dashboards for process lines.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Develop and train the quality team on food safety issues.
