Job summary

Faurecia in Pretoria invites applications for a Quality In-Service Trainee (Packaging Lab) internship. The role supports ensuring plant actions meet FES, quality, and customer guidelines while gaining hands-on experience in quality assurance processes.

You will assist with documentation, monitor control plans, participate in QRQC, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering or Quality Sciences.
• At least 1 year experience in the Automotive quality department.
• Solid knowledge of Quality management systems in production.
• Languages: English communication and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Represent customer requirements internally.
• Assist with achievement of Plant Quality objectives and monitor progress.
• Manage New project and Engineer change submissions to the customer.
• Monitor adherence to control plans and standard work instructions.
• Active participation in QRQC activity.
• Ensure compliance with safety/regulation standards.
• Compile Quality results and maintain Quality records/documentation.
