Candidates should have a Matric with Maths and Science and a Diploma in Food Science or related fields. Strong skills in quality control and internal auditing are required. Responsibilities

• Monitor online quality by carrying out inspections on on-line activities.
• Conduct verification of all CCP’s and OPRP’s.
• Monitor temperatures of product, plant areas and storage facilities.
• Ensure rejected product is safely isolated and documented.
• Reports deviations through NCA system and advises corrective actions.
