Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced food production environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support production management with quality and food safety challenges.
• Manage procedural reviews and new policies implementation.
• Assess quality reports and summarize for management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Participate in the Food Safety Team and apply principles across sites.
• Manage customer specifications and communicate quality issues.
