Job summary

EXL is seeking a leader to drive the Quality Excellence Insurance vertical, coordinating with colleagues at all levels to implement a robust quality management framework across EBU client parts. You will oversee quality control and assurance improvements and performance initiatives.

The role requires managing a team of Manager/Sr. Manager, LAM, AM, and regularly calibrating processes to maintain high standards of quality across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Excellence Insurance vertical and manage a team of Manager/Sr. Manager, LAM, AM.
• Interface with colleagues across all levels and align quality initiatives with EBU areas.
• Establish and monitor quality control measures, calibration exercises, and quality huddles.
