• 3 years’ experience in an industrial chemical operation.
• 3 years’ experience in supervising a team.
• 3 years’ exposure to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor raw materials, water quality and finished product specifications.
• Recommend process changes based on in-process and final product parameters.
• Manage hazardous chemicals effectively.
• Ensure laboratory personnel perform effectively.
• Comply with production and safety procedures.
• Adhere to ISO and Quality Management Systems.
