Quality ControllerReference : Pta

We are looking for a Quality Controller for the City Deep area in Johannesburg South to assist in ensuring adherence to food‑safety standard requirements and meeting or exceeding both internal and external customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding of the Quality procedures and site GMP requirements
  • Ensuring Quality and Hygiene procedures and checks are in place and up‑to‑date
  • Ensuring Food standards in respect of safety, legality, and customer requirements are met
  • Controlling quality, training, internal auditing, aiding investigations for customer complaints; and ensuring remedial action is promptly taken to ensure the issue does not occur again
  • A comprehensive understanding of food standards in respect of safety, legality, and customer requirements
  • Responsible for Quality Management System tasks which include: Process control checks, Hygiene / GMP inspection, Foreign body hunts and checks, Traceability, Non‑conformance (alerts and investigations)
