Job description

• Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
• Conduct routine quality checks on products, including taste, texture, appearance, and temperature
• Perform sampling and testing of products throughout production stages
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation practices are followed in the facility
• Identify and report non-conforming products or processes
• Implement and follow corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Verify packaging and labelling accuracy, including ingredient lists and expiry dates
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Train and support staff on quality control procedures and food safety standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
