Our client in the Electrical Construction (Renewable) industry are seeking a dedicated Quality Officer to join their electrical construction team, specializing in renewable energy projects.

This role requires a multi-disciplinary technical background and proven experience in quality control processes within the renewable energy sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all project activities meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control & AssuranceImplement and maintain comprehensive quality control processes throughout project lifecycleConduct regular quality inspections and audits on electrical, mechanical, and civil construction activitiesMonitor compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsIdentify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actionsPrepare detailed quality reports and maintain quality documentation systemsDocumentation & Process ManagementManage MRFI (Material Request for Information) and RFI (Request for Information) processesDevelop and maintain quality control procedures and work instructionsEnsure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filedCoordinate with project teams to resolve technical queries and quality concernsMaintain comprehensive quality records and databasesStandards ComplianceEnsure compliance with ISO quality management standardsImplement Eskom quality processes and requirements where applicableMonitor
