Job summary

Assign Services (Pty) Ltd in Germiston seeks a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. You will inspect raw materials, in‑progress goods and finished products to ensure they meet standards and report deviations.

The role requires Grade 12 plus a technical QC qualification and at least 2 years of experience. You will use measuring instruments, interpret specifications and work with production to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a QA role.
• Grade 12 certificate plus a technical QC qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is beneficial.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Utilize measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Identify non-conforming products and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and quality data.
