Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure quality standards are met.
• Review repair work to verify adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and document any defects or areas requiring rework.
• Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff to address quality issues.
• Ensure all repairs comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, reworks, and quality reports.
• Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Liaise with customers regarding repair quality and address any concerns.
