Job summary

A vehicle management company in Cape Town is seeking a candidate to ensure vehicles are ready for use and handle quality control inspections. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned, refueled, and ready for use.
  • Monitor and report any vehicle damages.
  • Manage insurance claims and report on vehicle issues.
  • Prepare vehicles for maintenance and check service warnings.
  • Validate mileage and inspect dashboards.
  • Ensure vehicles are equipped with necessary tools and spare wheels.
  • Respond to vehicle-related issues raised by drivers.
  • Report non-compliance or wear-and-tear issues to management.

Duties Will Include
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned, refueled, and ready for use each day.
  • Monitor and report any vehicle damages using tools like Record 360.
  • Issue and manage insurance claims by collecting necessary paperwork from drivers.
  • Prepare vehicles for scheduled maintenance and check for service warnings.
  • Validate mileage and inspect dashboards for warning lights.
  • Ensure vehicles are equipped with tools and spare wheels.
  • Respond to vehicle-related issues raised by drivers.
  • Report non-compliance or wear-and-tear issues (e.g., worn tyres) to management.
