A leading global insurance firm is looking for a Quality Assurer to join their Portfolio Management department in Johannesburg. This role involves auditing new business policies to ensure compliance with established criteria, training consultants on audit findings, and liaising with various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, relevant industry knowledge, and be registered with the FSB. Aon South Africa is recruiting a Quality Assurer in our Portfolio Management department, based on a hybrid basis, from our Head Office in Sandton.
The role of a Quality Assurer is to ensure that new business policies are ‘entered into’ in line with the Insurer Binder mandates, adhering to the underwriting acceptance criteria, loaded accurately into the policy administration system and that anything outside of Aon’s legal responsibility has been authorized by an appropriate manager or by the insurer.
