Qualifications

• 2 years QA/QC experience in a pharmaceutical environment is required.
• Knowledge of Food Safety / HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and co-ordinate customer complaints, including trending.
• Compile annual product quality review plans and reports.
• Assist with audits and batch release documentation.
