Job summary

Belay Talent Solutions seeks a Quality Assurance Tester to join a leading banking Digital Office. You will design test strategies, validate AI-driven solutions, and test Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse integrations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification is mandatory.
• 3-5 years' experience testing enterprise applications and digital solutions.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, API and end-to-end testing; test automation; defect management; and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases and scripts.
• Test Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, Power Pages, Dataverse integrations, APIs, AI Agents, Copilot solutions, and RPA/ bot solutions.
• Validate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with business rules.
• Identify hallucinations, edge cases, and exception scenarios.
• Test APIs, integrations, authentication, security controls, and end-to-end business processes.
• Design and maintain automated test suites and regression packs.
• Support CI/CD quality gates and Agile delivery teams.
• Perform security, access control, performance, resilience and data privacy testing.
• Track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and support production releases.
