Job Overview

We’re looking for a QA / Testing Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and scale our testing capabilities as we grow.

The Role: Lead our QA team to ensure high‑quality delivery of PropTech solutions including property management systems, tenant portals, and real estate analytics.

You’ll manage a team of QA engineers while maintaining hands‑on involvement in complex testing challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Manage and develop a team of QA engineers and automation specialists
• Recruit talent and build scalable QA processes
• Set team goals and quality metrics aligned with business objectives
• Quality Strategy
• Develop QA strategies for our PropTech product portfolio
• Establish testing standards and best practices
• Drive automation initiatives and CI/CD integration
• Ensure comprehensive coverage across web, mobile, and API testing
• Technical Oversight
• Oversee test automation framework development
• Manage testing of PropTech‑specific features (property data, payments, integrations)
• Lead performance, security, and accessibility testing efforts
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on quality requirements
• Process & Communication
• Implement quality gates and release criteria
• Track and report on quality metrics to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and root‑cause analysis
• Coordinate testing for major releases and integrations

Requirements

• Experience
• ISTQB certification
• 5+ years in software testing and QA
• 3+ years managing QA teams
• Previous SaaS experience
• Technical Skills

• CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
