Job summary

Role requires strong people management, laboratory skills, and experience with HACCP, GMP, and statistical process control. No relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc Microbiology or higher.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a food or pharmaceutical microbiological laboratory.
• Minimum 3 years people management experience.
• ISO 14001, ISO 22000, PAS220 and OHSAS 18001 management systems knowledge and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Completing routine laboratory analysis.
• Statistically analyze data and provide trend analyses; recommend corrective action.
• Lead GLP adherence and ensure HACCP procedures are implemented.
• Develop and manage laboratory calibration and asset care.
