Job summary

RCL Foods is offering a Quality Assurance internship (fixed-term contract) at its Spartan site in Kempton Park. This role is aimed at someone who needs workplace experience to complete their qualification.

As a QA Intern you will monitor quality on the production line, complete check sheets, report deviations and ensure compliance with SHE, GMP and food safety practices. You will also keep records on dispatched products and customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum.
• Preference for candidates with or studying towards a National Diploma in Food Safety or related field
• Basic computer literacy
• Willing to work shifts and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality on the production line and complete check sheets
• Report deviations and follow up corrective actions
• Check that staff follow SHE, GMP and food safety practices
