Ideal candidates have QA experience in manufacturing, proficiency with calipers/micrometers, and knowledge of ISO 9001. This role offers training on inspection techniques and opportunities for growth in a stable environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Inspector or in quality control in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with QC tools and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow inspection procedures.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Use measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
• Identify and document nonconformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production staff to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
