Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and co‑coordinate customer complaints, including trending and corrective actions.
  • Maintain supplier and manufacturer documentation and drive the QA‑28 approval process for raw and packaging materials.
  • Manage the approved supplier, material and manufacturer list (QA‑26).

The Quality Assurance Consultant will be an integral part of the Retail Operations team, responsible for ensuring that internal control systems are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and managed.
